OFFICE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST
Starting Pay $14.00 / Hour with Full Benefits.

Well established company hiring for a full time position Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Qualifications
• Proficient In Word & Excel & Outlook
• QuickBooks Knowledge or Similar System Required
• Very Good Knowledge of Presenting Company’s Services On Social Media To Include Website Updates, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google etc…
• Exceptional Organizational & Interpersonal Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Minimum Of 2 Years Experience With 1 Employer
Responsibilities

• Calculating Time Sheets
• Customer Service
• Accounts Receivable
• Collections
• GPS Reporting
• Monitoring E-Mails
• Answering Phones
• Filing
• Assisting Sales Reps
• Typing Contracts/Letters
Work hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
